Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be credited for the following term or an extra class will be scheduled if AVP has to cancel a class for any reason.
- Any sessions missed due to student illness or absence will not be refunded or made up.
- Notice of at least 4 weeks must be given if a student is leaving, or 4 weeks payment will be required.
- AVP Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- AVP Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at avptheatre@gmail.com or 07462 549429.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 24 hours of the class.
- If 4 sessions are missed without communication from a parent/ guardian, your child will lose their space and it will be offered to someone on our waiting list.
